Cancellation Policy

If any customer is willing to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or non-payment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client as follows:

• 15 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 30 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 30 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 20 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 50 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 10 days prior to departure of the tour.

Note: We will try our best to refund you as much as amount we can it totally depends on amount we receive from hotelier or from airline service.

Reservation Policy

For booking confirmation guest need to pay least 40% of the full booking amount in advance. Guest need to carry reservation docket and Pan card, voter card, and Aadhar card during the travelling period. All sightseeing, meal and vehicle as per the mentioned itinerary. Use of recreational activities if provided in booking is depend on time and availability basis. In case of early check in and late check out property owner decision will be final.
